Can I bring a friend along from a different school?

Absolutely! All children aged 4-12 are welcome. They will just need to fill in an online booking form and bring full payment with them.

What age are XLR8 camps/workshops for?

Anybody aged 4-12 year olds. Please make sure children are toilet trained and able to feed themselves.

I don't like some sports/dance, can I just do one activity?

We try to keep the activities varied throughout the day so that you can choose what you'd like to do. We encourage everyone to take part in the team games to earn team points and win yourself some sweeties and prizes at the end of the day. We also run a daily drawing/craft competiton. There will always be something at our camps for you to take part in.

What if my child becomes ill during the day?

All our XLR8 Camp/workshop staff are fully First Aid trained and carry a fully stocked first aid kit with them.

We will assess the situation and if we feel necessary we will contact the emergency contacts with the numbers provided on the booking form.

From experience we find that a drink, rest and bit of food will help to cure most issues. Please let us know if your child has any medical issues when arriving at camp and on your booking form.

Please make sure you have provided us with up to date contact details.

What if I wish to cancel my camp place?

You are free to cancel your space at camp/workshop up to 24 hours before your child is due to attend. It is at the discretion of XLR8 if we decide to charge you a full or partial amount of your camp/workshop place to cover admin costs and equipment purchased for your childs attendance.
