About Us

XLR8 Dance & Fitness was founded in April 2011 by Lianne Davies, dancer, teacher and choreographer. After working for a variety of other companies in the Hertfordshire area for a number of years and after a lot of planning a preparation, XLR8 was born!

Since the founding of XLR8, children and adults in Hertfordshire have benefited from a large range of dance and fitness classes to suit all abilities.

We believe we offer something truly unique and exciting at our classes. Instead of the pressure of exams, we work towards our annual summer show performance in a professional local theatre and end of term showcases to family and friends. Our focus is placed on the enjoyment and fun within dance and we hope our classes reflect this.

All of our teachers at XLR8 Dance & Fitness are fun, friendly and ready to teach you everything you need to know.
